We offer a range of pick n mix and match according to your needs and budget.

So what do you get when you hire Samuel Waters?

Included in all Services

• A pre-wedding consultation will be provided, if appropriate, to meet and discuss the arrangements for the day. This ensures that both Catwalk Weddings and the family are confident in the arrangements.

• A photographer will be with you from getting ready in the morning till last man standing, however late that is. An unlimited number of photographs will be taken in all cases.

• Photographs taken will be both formal poses of bride, groom and close family and

friends, as well as more informal candid captures of guests and participants.

• Images will also be taken of wedding venues, cakes, the rings, and other items.

• Images will be put online for you to purchase and made available to friends and family.

• A second meeting will be given to view and discuss the photos, providing an opportunity to review options for receiving the images in a range of formats such as prints, framed, canvasses, photobooks, other such options.

• Bride and Groom will receive a thoughtfully presented DVD slide show of all images.

Optional Extras

Engagement Photo shoot – £350

A photo shoot designed to capture you before you are married in your favourite environment together. Whether this is at home, in woodland, or in the mountains the choice is yours. Lots of couples choose the location where they were engaged.

These images can make a delightful gift before the wedding as a special reminder of the engagement period. Approx 50 photos will be taken in various locations specified by you.

A DVD slide show of all images will be given.

Second Photographer – £450

This is recommended for larger weddings or weddings where the bride would be more comfortable with a female photographer present while she and bridesmaids are getting ready.

Having two photographers present will ensure that candid photos can be taken along with the

formal and reportage ones taken by the main photographer. This option will ensure a

photographer on hand to cover all aspects of the wedding. This is not a assistant like other companies offer this is an independent second photographer who works with myself to ensure all aspects of larger or more complicated weddings are captured. Contact us for more information

Guest Portrait studio – £150

An area of the reception venue can be set aside for carrying out portraiture of guests. Each

guest will be informed that they can have their portrait taken here under proper lighting.

Guests will be able to purchase the image there and then as it is printed onsite and thoughtfully presented in a card mount. Also images will be available online for purchase after the event. Please see http://www.lifetime-event-photography.co.uk/events/ for examples.

This is a great way to make sure you remember everyone who attended, and for family and guests to remember your day as well. Contact us for more information

ALL images on disk for you to print (in high resolution format) and to be used as you wish. *£650.

‘Trash the Dress’ photo shoot’ (after wedding!) – £500

This is a fun day for both husband and wife to dress up as per the wedding and take the pictures they dare not take at or before the wedding. Examples are going to scrap yards and finding old vehicles to climb over, swimming in a river, riding bikes, having a food fight… all in your wedding outfits. There is no requirement to actually trash the dress!

The images can glamorous rather than a trashy style if you wish!

This is intended to be a fun day, giving you the chance to produce images that not many other couples dare take! High resolution images will be presented on a disk for you to use and print

as you wish. Ask for details.

Upgraded Photo book – from £900

Sumptuous leather, metal cased or linen bound heavy book with all layout and images presented with text where required. This is printed on heavy board photo paper, and is the epitome of luxury. This can be presented in its own case. Images will be printed on foil, glossy, canvas or thick paper textures. This is a top quality production and is an invaluable gift to show your family and friends to remember your incredible day. All layout design and printing will be done for you.

Many presentation options are available with the upgrade offering.

Multiple copies are provided at a cheaper rate after the first copy.

Parent books available smaller hardback copies of your larger book for giving to both sets of parents as a thank you for their involvement. These will be priced at time of consultation.

If after our free consultation, you are ordering a package of options we will quote a bespoke price that will both save you money and the ‘pain’ of deciding post wedding what you wish to receive as your wedding memento.

We can go through a lot of the options, and discuss in detail, what you wish for your day.

It may turn out that a particularly unique package has to be formulated to cover your special day.

The above price list therefore is not exclusive. It’s a guideline to the offerings we promote, and the prices they are valued at individually.
